Spinach helps communicate the ‘TLN way’ to the team
The Leadership Network provide leadership and management training for some of the world’s best known companies. The London-based firm works directly with these brands, setting out detailed frameworks for successful working strategies. The idea is to give inspirational and practical training to help businesses stay on top of their game and remain informed on issues relating to their various industries. IBM, Sony, Jaguar Land Rover, Boeing, Diageo – these are just some of the clients.
Recently, the firm approached Spinach to help realise an engaging communication platform for internal purposes. The company was in need of a fresh, informative and visually-engaging presentation of its approach. The task was to create a brand manual to clearly communicate the mission and working philosophy of the firm to their team, what Spinach identified as ‘The TLN Way’.
One of The Leadership Network’s ambitions is to ‘improve the way the world works by connecting people to experience and expertise’. To help illustrate this, the Spinach creative team looked at some of the innovative working methodologies from Japan. The final document echoes and accentuated the guiding principles and working philosophy of The Leadership Network through simple visual language – three colours, bold graphic illustrations – that express the confidence and clarity of the company’s unique approach.< Back
