Giving the legendary gin maker a modern makeover online with a cinematic twist.
In 1998, Martin Miller and two friends set themselves the challenge of producing the world’s finest gin. Today, Martin Miller’s Gin is exactly that: a multi-award winning ‘super premium’ spirit of global renown.
Spinach designed and developed the original website for the premium drinks brand in the early noughties, but over the years successive technology changes and content updates had diminished user experience and left the site un-optimised for smartphone and tablet.
Our responsive web design solution was focussed on bringing Martin Miller’s inimitable wit and wisdom, as well as the brand’s expertise and superb drinks photography, back to the fore.
Categorising the content under two main main sections ‘The Gin’ and ‘The Story’ affords visitors a simple choice of heading straight to the product showcase or following a wonderful, winding narrative of the history of gin and the ingredients and process that make Martin Miller’s Gin unique.
Our ambition with such rich content was to accentuate its cinematic quality and give the imagery, the serves and every enlightened anecdote room to breathe and be enjoyed. Just like the gin itself.
