Knight Frank is the leading UK and London estate agent marketing residential and commercial properties.
We were asked by Knight Frank to create a new campaign identity to help raise awareness of their core market sales and lettings services among busy Londoners.
Working in partnership with Knight Frank’s senior marketing team, we created a more simplified visual identity with a pacier tone of voice for their communications. Our aim was to better connect Knight Frank messaging with a fast moving target audience.
The creative was initially rolled out across London as part of an extensive out-of-home campaign incorporating City-wide taxi wraps, tube posters and direct mail.
We also developed the new brand identity into a toolkit so Knight Frank agents in 50+ offices around the country could tailor the message to their own core market advertising collateral.
